P3 is an international, independent consulting and engineering firm. Our focus industries are automotive, energy and aerospace in which we provide strategic insights, technology consulting and software engineering. We take a client-centric approach in which we listen what is really needed and develop tailored solutions to generate tangible value. 

Founded in 1996 in Germany, P3 now employs over 1,900 people at 30 different sites globally. We started in France in 2019 and currently employ 30 consultants in Paris and Toulouse with an additional 15 freelancers and stratgic partnerships to re-enforce our local team and meet client expectations.

Our multicultural French team meets 2x per year to operationalize P3 France’s strategic goals using the objectives and key results methodology (OKRs).
